I empower clients through evidence-based training to become healthier, leaner, faster, stronger and more confident. 

I have worked with athletes, seniors, Parkinson’s and Diabetic clients, along with Pre Post-Menopausal women and a variety of ages of both men and women who want to lose weight and/or become stronger.

Many hours, research, and sweat go into the choice and placement of each exercise that I create for each client. Each workout has a purpose and it is designed to produce maximum results. You will understand the reason why you are performing each exercise and/or workout.

Each client has a different reason why they want or need to exercise. Goals are set. Together we celebrate the milestones along the way!

Creativity and variety make my workouts fun, challenging and interesting!

Endurance athletes/triathletes will gain strength to reduce the chance of injury and improve speed.

Pre, Post, Menopausal women will learn how to decrease fat and become stronger, leaner and more confident!

Senior adults will improve their mobility with my functional strength training!
